My Reaction
Before I took the test, I was not interested in it because I knew myself well. During the test, when I saw the questions, I felt confused that I did not know why I had to answer these kinds of questions. However, after I finished the test and saw the result, I changed my thought. What an amazing test. The result is so precious that I even cannot believe my eyes. I am stunning. I look up the result in order to know myself deeply.
My Archetype
According to the test, my archetype is the mediator. It is determined by my primary advantage "Alert" and secondary advantage "trust". For this Archetype, it can adjust the argument inside the group. It has the ability to work with different people. This kind of people may aware every detail things and do the job step by step. Moreover, the people with this archetype may think and speak in a way to build consistency and reliability. People prefer to get along with and count on these people with "The mediator" archetype because people will feel comfortable to work with them. I know my personality and my characteristic; therefore, I think the test is really correct to state my personality. However, this is my first time to know how other people see me, I am so surprised by it. Before doing the test, I never know how my personality will affect the teamwork and I never know how to interact with others appropriately. After the test, I know myself deeply. I can change some of my behaviors to communicate with other people.

If the Fascination is a marketer, it is much easier to win the competition in the market. By collecting customers' data and doing analyzing. Fascination can group the customers by their archetype. After knowing their personality and behavior, fascination can use suitable advertising, event, or promotion to reach these customers. Now a day, data is very important to the company to attract customers. If the company know customers' information, it is simple for than to target them. Thus, if the Fascination is a Marketer, it has lots of opportunities to win the competition in the market.
